A Friday pickup means you can start loading on Saturday without a collection trip first. If you’re moving furniture, you have Sunday available to finish unloading, rather than trying to get it all done in one afternoon. Set the collection and return times with us when you book, within our opening hours.

Before Friday, make a couple of calls. Check that you can get into the storage unit or collect the order when you plan to, and that whoever is helping can still make it. A trailer waiting outside won’t be much use if the person with the key is away until Sunday. Have the route and the loading help sorted out before you collect it.

Weekly and Monthly Discounts

Keep the trailer for seven days and pay for six. On the monthly plan, we charge 20 days at the trailer’s daily rate. You keep it for the full month you’ve booked, not just those 20 days.

Work out the return day with us when arranging a longer rental. A project that slips by a day or two can change what you need from the rental. Ask about the cost of those extra days while we’re working out the booking, so you know where you stand if the job runs late.

Have your driver’s licence and the identification requested for your booking ready when you collect. If your partner or a colleague will be collecting, sort that out with us beforehand. You don’t want the person at the yard waiting for a document that is sitting at home with someone else.
