Cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing Hetman Rental for your trailer rental needs. We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled rental start date to qualify for a refund.
Refunds:
If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the rental start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the reservation amount paid. Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental start date will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled rental without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Changes to Reservation:
Changes to the reservation date or trailer type may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes. Additional fees may apply.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the cancellation notice.
Special Circumstances:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us directly. We may be able to offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
